  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, or personal care items, may not be eligible for returns.

  2.2. Return Window
  You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  2.3. Return Process
  To initiate a return, please contact us at mokonutdryfrui@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

  2.4. Return Shipping Costs
  The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
